Audiebant is a security communications company supplying both public and private sectors with lockdown and critical incident alerts. These alerts, triggered via screen, sound, or mobile, play a vital role in ensuring safety during emergencies.
Having been bootstrapped to a turnover of £17-20 million and an EBITDA of £3-4 million forecast for this year, Audiebant has achieved this growth without external funding or debt. The company has built significant value, underpinned by assets like proprietary software and data, which contribute to its unique market position. Now contemplating a strategic financing, Audiebant signed up to Intanify to assess its assets, optimise its position, and explore future financing options.
I’ve never done a case study before, but I wanted to share how valuable this experience was. The speed of the process was unlike anything I’ve seen before—it was incredibly efficient.
